Overview: Jen Tiffany will discuss aligning your company culture with your social media.  86% of job seekers say they use social media for their job search. Is your social media aligned with your company culture and telling the right story?  In this session, we’ll discuss social media recruiting strategies and how to effectively highlight your company’s brand and culture.  We’ll talk about ideas on growing your company’s organic reach on social media and we’ll also chat about some surprising stats on recruiting Gen Z talent.

Jen Tiffany is a self-proclaimed social media enthusiast who finds great joy in discussing algorithms and brainstorming social media content.  In her 14th year as the Membership Director at the Cambria Regional Chamber, she’s developed new ways of recruiting, celebrating and retaining Chamber members using social media.  Her role includes developing and curating content for the Chamber on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok and YouTube and assists Chamber members with their social media strategy.  Jen spent 10 years in media sales, management and marketing before moving back home to Johnstown and joining the Chamber.
